Lil Reese is sending his condolences to the family of Demario Bailey who was killed for his Columbia jacket Saturday while protecting his twin brother Demacio from robbers.
The Lamron spitter posted a picture of young Bailey onto his IG account with a caption, reading, “Rip dis lil boa got killed ova a coat yesterday prayers go 2da fam.”
Demario and Demacio were on their way to basketball practice at Johnson College Prep Saturday afternoon when four boys confronted them and demanded their belongings, according to the Chicago Tribune. Demario was shot in the chest when he wouldn’t give up his Columbia jacket. He died at the scene.

Suspects Carlos Johnson, 17, Deafro Brakes, 17, his brother Tarik Brakes, 16, and Isiah Penn, 17, were charged as adults with first-degree murder, attempted robbery with a firearm and robbery, according to a police statement obtained by the Tribune.
Johnson Prep basketball coach Ceddrick Hunter told the Chicago Sun-Times Demario was a “good kid, all-around good kid, always respectful.”
Demario wasn’t on the ball team but would accompany his brother to practice.
“There was not an ounce of gang stuff with either one of them,” Hunter continued. “He just wanted to be there for his brother, wanted to walk with him to practice to keep him safe.”
