Migos’ Offset Denies Saying ‘F*ck The Judge’ During Bond Hearing

Migos’ Offset made news last week after news outlets reported he cursed the judge after being denied bail.

Offset denied cursing the judge during an exclusive interview with Durtty Boyz of Atlanta’s Hot 107.9.

“I don’t know what these folks talking about,” he said. “They talking about I said ‘F*ck the judge.’ I ain’t never say no sh*t like that, man.”

Offset said he hopes to be out in the next few weeks.

“I’m getting out in like three weeks,” he said. “I got another bond hearing. They denied my bond due to the fact I caught them extra charges. I can’t talk too much about the case but, yeah, these folks out here racist. They tryna bash my name. They tryna make my image look bad. What the hell I look like saying, ‘F*ck the judge and the DA in court.’”

Migos’ Offset was denied bond today in court Friday, May 9 due to his extensive criminal history, according to the Statesboro Herald. Offset, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus, reportedly yelled obsceneties at Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. Turner in response to the decision.

Another incident that played a factor in the judge’s decision was Offset’s role in jail fight last Saturday.

Offset, 24, was reportedly charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after a fight in the Bulloch County jail, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The violent incident was captured on video.

Offset, a convicted felon, is being held without bail after police nabbed him and fellow bandmates Quavo and TakeOff for possession of drugs and guns during their performance at Georgia Southern University.

The trio were arrested on felony possession of cocaine, Oxycontin and codeine plus charges of carrying a loaded weapon in a school zone, according to TMZ. Quavo and TakeOff have since posted $10,000 bails apiece.

The three members of the Migos were charged as follows:

Quavious Marshall (Quavo) (24 yoa, Lawrenceville Ga): Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime

Kirschnick Ball (TakeOff) (20 yoa, Lawrenceville Ga): Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime

Kiari Cephus (Offset) (23 yoa, Lawrenceville Ga): Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime”
