Migos Offset Released From Jail

Migos Offset is again free for the second time in two weeks after he was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license early Thursday morning. The “Fight Night” rapper was pulled over by cops in Chattahoochee, GA.

Offset posted footage of himself in traffic singing along to his music.

Offsetwas arrested by mistake for driving with a suspended license nearly two weeks ago. He was forced to spend a night in jail.

Offset was pulled over for tinted windows when police claimed Offset neglected to pay a $316 fine for a suspended license. Offset, however, offered proof the ticket was paid in full in December.

The $1,900 bond money Offset paid will be returned to him. The ticket he received for having tinted windows is also expected to be thrown out.

Offset’s arrest comes just three months after he was released from Bulloch County Jail on Friday, Dec. 4 after spending eight months in Bulloch County jail on a drugs and weapons charge. He agreed to five years probation, $1,000 fine and banishment from the four counties comprising the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit.
