New Music: Lil Herb- ‘A Year Ago’ Featuring Lil Bibby



One’s whole life can change in the matter of a year. This story applies to Lil Bibby and Lil Herb who were thrust into the media spotlight after many Hip Hop heads caught onto their talents.

Lil Bibby and Lil Herb even caught the attention of Drake who referred to the duo as “the future.”

Lil Bibby and Lil Herb, both hailing from the East Side of Chicago, rhyme their come up in new single “A Year Ago,” a DJ L production.

Bibby raps, “Just a year ago, I was stuck off in the slum/I was a broke, I ain’t had nothing, I came from the bottom, that’s where I stunt, that’s where I stunt.”

Herb has his sights set on riches, rapping, “You might catch me in the club, counting number one hundreds/Juvenile with Cash Money, I’m the number one stunter/Foreign whips all summer, riding tinted, getting blunter/And they all different colors, so you never see me coming.”

The future is now looking mighty bright Bibby and Herb.
