Phi Beta Sigma has created a visual initiative to end the culture of hazing within its organization.

According to the fraternity’s website, the mission of the Anti-Hazing Training Video is to define hazing, explore the impact of hazing on culture, understand the implications of hazing, understand responsibilities at every level and begin the process of eliminating hazing.

It was originally reported the Blue and White fraternity has secured the assistance of the Reverend Al Sharpton.

Al Sharpton and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. are teamed up to launch a national anti-hazing campaign.

The coalition came in response to hazing death of Florida A&M Marching 100 band member Robert Champion.

Phi Beta Sigma president Jimmy Hammock told the AP deaths due to hazing could no longer be treated as isolated or unrelated incidents.
