A Kenosha, WI man was shot seven times by police at point-blank range after attempting to enter his vehicle following a domestic incident.

Jacob Blake was allegedly attempting to break up a fight between two women when police were called. Bystanders tell the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Blake was tased then shot as he was walking away.
