Ebony Steele, co-host of the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, is celebrating the 100-year anniversary celebration of her beloved sorority Delta Sigma Theta.
Those who listen to “Rickey Smiley and These Nuts’ know that Steele occasionally references her affiliation to the crimson and cream sorority. Rickey Smiley also references his affiliation to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Steele took to Twitter to wish her sorority sisters a happy centennial.
“Shout out to my sorors Delta Sigma Theta on our centennial celebration!!! Listen to this chant,” she wrote.

Delta Sigma Theta is continuing is centennial celebration this week as the sorority hosts its 51st National Convention in Washington, D.C.
The nation’s capital is expecting a flood of 40,000 sorority members for the convention that will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Delta Sigma Theta, which was founded Jan. 13, 1913, boasts the most members for any historically African American sorority.
