Ewol Samo was sentenced to nearly eight years in prison for a felony weapon charge in late October.
Ewol received an updated mugshot upon his transfer to Western Illinois Correctional Center on Friday, Oct. 20. Ewol’s projected discharge date is Sept. 4, 2025, but he can be paroled on Sept. 2, 2022.
Last month, Rico took to IG to react to Ewol’s sentence.
He posted a photo of himself with Ewol with a caption, reading, “s— jus broke my heart cuz I love u 4eva n don’t trip I swear I got u kno dat Jus stayed prayed up God not finna let u do dat time dey jus gave @ewol_samo 12 years smh.”
Ewol collaborated with Rico Recklezz on song “Regular” prior to his arrest.
