Tekashi69 is set to plead guilty in his federal case, according to TMZ.
6ix9ine is pleading guilty to all eight of nines counts in his federal indictment that includes racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking. The one count he reportedly did not plead to is an April 3, 2018 robbery of rivals of the Nine Trey gang.
6ix9ine was involved in dealing h—–, fentanyl, ecstasy, amphetamines and marijuana.
The feds say the conspiracy reportedly consisted of multiple acts of murder, robbery and extortion.
6ix9ine’s sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 24, 2020.
