2 Chainz, Game and Tyga aren’t the most popular artists in the Chi these days.
Hella Bandz rapper Top Shotta suggested the rappers not step foot in Chiraq.
“@2chainz @thegame @Tyga a get Robbed N Chiraq dats why dey stay downtown Chicago wen dey here N*ggas ain’t got no hood pass FRFR,” he wrote.
2 Chainz is accused of biting Lil Reese’s popular hook from Lil Herb’s “On My Soul.” 2 Chainz’ used the hook for new song “Wuda Cuda Shuda” featuring Lil Boosie.
Lil Reese publicly called out the Atlanta rapper on Twitter for biting his rhymes.
“2 chains old a-- weak Af for dat hook tell him I said it yea he know wat I’m Tom bout……#300,” he wrote.
“Ain’t Accused s*t it’s the truth I’m just givin yu the the real dese industry n****s suck 2 me,” he later wrote in an IG post.
2 Chainz sneak dissed Lil Reese after accusations of the hook theft swelled.
“I don’t listen to regular radio I don’t listen to satellite and I dam sholl don’t listen to f*ck nuggas !Grownassman.com play wit it!” he wrote.
The beef between Durk and Tyga erupted after the OTF Coke Boy’s verse on Meek Mill’s “Chiraq” remix.
Lil Durk took aim at the “Rack City” rapper, rapping, “Heard Tyga sneak dissing on me, telling thot b*****s I’m not right/Tyga only got one name, but that n***a only got one stripe/He backpack, so it’s easy to get the n***a s**t snatched/Ask Mally Mal to get his s**t back/It’s Chiraq don’t come her. You ain’t from here, don’t come here.”
Tyga then responded with “Chiraq To LA” featuring Game.
But it was a poor choice of judgment on Game’s behalf to name drop well known Chiraq OGs. This action escalated the beef. It also spurred a reaction from Chicago rap veteran G Count of L.E.P. Bogus who went on to slam Game in his “Chiraq” remix.
