Enough was enough for 50 Cent. No stranger to beef, the rapper decided to put his Twitter haters on blast for his millions of followers to see.
One particular critic 50 Cent took aim at was aspiring R&B singer J Cotton. 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, took issue with the singer telling him to stop singing his own hooks.
“@50cent Stop SINGING UR HOOKS AND SIGN ME I WILL HAVE ALL YO SHIT TIGHT!!! Fuck wit me 50,” he wrote.
50 Cent shot back by instagramming a photo of the Detroit native with a caption that read, “This garbage singer Trying to tell what I should do. Man jump out a moving car.”
J Cotton responded back to 50 Cent’s message with a few more insults.
“@50cent DAMN HOMIE IN O2 U WAS THE MAN HOMIE WHAT THE F*CK HAPPEN TO U!!!!
“@50cent shit i aint mad at u bro THANK U MY NI**A u still cant sing just how i feel im still a FAN THO!!! #realshit #mrwhoishe,”he wrote.
Cotton told the New York City bred emcee he has “a lot of yes men” around him and no one telling him the truth.
But Cotton appeared to have appreciated the attention he received from 50 Cent’s diss.
Cotton thanked the “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” rapper and said he hoped to work with the rapper soon.
“S/O to everybody who had my BACK YESTERDAY…I had GOOD & BAD RESPONSES THANKS @50cent for giving me Some PROMO HAD THE WHOLE WORLD LOOKIN.”
