50 Cent Volunteers with Feeding America to Feed 1,000 Hurricane Sandy Victims

When 50 Cent isn’t closing business deals, the rapper-turn-businessman is giving back to those less fortunate.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was present in New York City to help serve 1,000 meals to Hurricane Sandy victims for the Feeding America program.

“Volunteering w/ ‪@FeedingAmerica today. 1 in 6 Americans faces ‪#hunger. $1 to ‪@FeedingAmerica helps provide 8 meals,” the mogul wrote on his Twitter account.

NYC city council candidate Ken Biberaj took time to acknowledge his appreciation for serving the Hurricane victims with the help of 50 Cent.

“Great to serve Thanksgiving meals to 1,000 #sandy victims with @50cent #foodbanknyc @Cipriani.
