Ja Rule scored himself a major endorsement deal with Footlocker, but it made him an easy target for 50 Cent.

Ja joked about his short-lived fame during the height of his career in the early 2000s in Foot Locker’s latest ad for the Week Of Greatness series.

Ja is shown in an SUV with three passengers.

“You know fellas, you can’t take sustained greatness like that for granted,” he told the passengers. “So hard to achieve. Once you find greatness, you hold on to it. You can lose it just like that. One minute you on top of the world. The next, it’s all different.”

The kicker of the commercial occurred when Ja yelled to his departing passengers, “Don’t forget to rate me five stars!”

In an Instagram post-and-delete, Fif joked about Ja’s role as an Uber driver in the commercial.

The G-Unit boss wrote, “He really driving a uber now Damn? LMAO.”
