Young Money artist Lil’ Chuckee nearly got into a twitter scuffle with newly signed Interscope artist Chief Keef. But lucky for both parties, no severe verbal blows were exchanged.
The confusion started when Lil’ Chuckee tweeted what appeared to be a diss to the “Don’t Like” artist.
“Ok wait so is it chief lee or keef chief,” the rapper, born Rashad Ballard, wrote.
Twittersphere mused on what the New Orleans meant by the tweet. As speculation grew, Lil Chuckee took to his twitter once again silence rumors of a diss. But he appeared to diss Chief Keef in the process.
“Chief keef my ni**a we got a song we bout to drop so shut up it was a joke!” he wrote.
Chief Keef associate and Glory Boyz Entertainment artist Fredo Santana cleared up the speculation by revealing Lil’ Chuckee paid the rapper, born Keith Cozart, to record the track.
“I was there u told his ass 20,000$ lol,” he wrote.
Do you think a teen Hip Hop beef is brewing between Chief Keef and the YMCMB artist? Whatever the case, Lil’ Chuckee revealed he and the Chicago emcee have a song recorded. This is good news for music heads who are fans of these artists’ music.
And that’s exactly what Hip-Hop needs at this point in time. More Hip-Hop, less beef.
