P. Rico has finally gotten out of that jam. The “Hang Wit Me” rapper was released from prison earlier today. Rico’s signature dreads, as we earlier reported, were cut upon his transfer to Statesville Correction Center. His hair was still cut upon his exit from Pontiac Medium Security prison.

Rico was picked up by Killa Kellz and enjoyed a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos during the ride. Rico even requested Kellz call up Famous Dex.

Rico’s projected discharge date was Jan. 27, 2019. His parole date was scheduled for Jan. 27, 2017.

P. Rico was prepping the release of his “The Rico Act” project before his incarceration, so fans may finally get it in the coming months.
