In light of 21 Savage’s recent arrest, we learn the Atlanta rapper’s father is Dr. Amsu Anpu.
Dr. Amsu appeared on The Breakfast Club alongside Gessie Thompson to discuss health issues during Diabetes Awareness Month in 2017.
He was invited back to the popular radio show in 2018 to again discuss health topics.
Dr. Amsu confirmed 21 as his son in a May 21, 2018 Instagram post. He posted a photo of 21 Savage and Post Malone with a caption, reading, “@21savage now look down and enjoy the view #prouddaddymoment #family #slaughtergang #northwest #forlife
