50 Cent Must Now Pay Rick Ross’ Baby Mama $7 Million For Leaking Sex Tape

50 Cent suffered another blow in his legal battle against the mother of Rick Ross’ child Livonia Leviston. Fif was ordered to pay Leviston an additional $2 million in punitive damages after leaking her sex tape, according to the New York Post.

This judgment comes two weeks after the multi-platinum artist was ordered to pay Leviston $5 million. She was initially awarded $2.5 million in damages for violating her civil rights for using her image without her permission, and $2.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to the New York Daily News.

50 Cent filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection days after.

Leviston’s invasion-of-privacy lawsuit argued Fif posted online a crudely narrated 13-minute sex tape she made with a boyfriend in 2008, according to the Boston Herald. 50 released the footage in hopes of humiliating rival rapper Rick Ross.

50 obtained the 2008 tape from the Leviston’s boyfriend who appeared in the tape with her. 50 narrated the home video as Pimpin Curly.

The video reportedly went viral in March 2009 racking up millions of views after 50 Cent promoted it on his website.

“It was like someone had just took a knife, stabbed me in the heart, twisted it and took it out,” Leviston testified during trial.
