50 Cent Says Jeremih Tried To Fight Floyd Mayweather

You can take an entertainer out of Chiraq, but apparently you can’t take the Chiraq out of him. 50 Cent made a shocking allegation earlier this week when he revealed Jeremih almost threw fists with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather. Fif made this admission via IG when he took to IG to weigh in on Jeremih’s alleged physical altercation with Chris Brown.

The G-Unit boss’ caption read, “Chi-town Jeremih will fight anybody over a basketball game. He was gonna fight Floyd one night at the 24 hour fitness. #EFFENVODKA #FRIGO #SMSAUDIO.”

Chris Brown was alleged to have punched Jeremih in Las Vegas during a basketball game. Breezy was subsequently investigated for battery for his role in the fight.

BET obtained a statement from Brown’s publicist Nicole Perna who denied the singer’s involvement in the alleged altercation.

“Chris is currently in Las Vegas as he is performing at Drai’s on May 5th and receiving a Key to the Strip that day as well,” Perna said. “He has a suite at the hotel that has a basketball court and invited friends to come play. An unruly individual showed up uninvited and was removed from the premises. Chris was not in an altercation with this person.”

A release from the Las Vegas Police Department states on May 4 a verbal altercation on the court led to a physical fight between the victim and Brown.

“The victim prepared to defend himself and was then hit by another male reportedly with Brown,” the statement read.

It further reads, “the victim self-transported to the hospital where he was treated and released. Detectives responded to the scene at the hotel but Brown was not available to speak with them. Mr. Brown has been given the option of signing a citation for misdemeanor battery, or having the case submitted to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. At that time, Mr. Brown would receive a summons to appear in Clark County Justice Court. As of this release, the LVMPD has not heard from Mr. Brown or his attorney indicating whether or not he would sign the citation.”

Police have since dropped the investigation.
