Baltimore’s Original DJ Akademiks Wants To Box Akademiks For Predatory Comments On Sex With Minors, Wants Proceeds To Go To Underage Sexual Assault Victims

Baltimore’s DJ Akademiks of WPGC 95.5 has issued a charity boxing challenge to controversial Spotify podcaster DJ Akademiks for his predatory comments on newly turned 17-year-old girls in a resurfaced YouTube clip dated Oct. 23, 2014. Original DJ Akademiks wants all proceeds to go to underage sexual assault victims.

New DJ Akademiks became embroiled in controversy after audio resurfaced of him saying he finds nothing wrong with having sex with minors as long as they have a college ID. Akademiks said he adopted a rule in college where he would have sex with underage girls as long as they had a college ID.

The audio came from a 2014 Youtube video titled, “Tyga Denies Being in a Relationship with Kylie Jenner. Is 24 Dating 17 Cool?” Big Ak was 23 years old at the time of posting.

“And to keep it real, in the bigger scheme of things, there’s not much difference between a 20 or a 17, or a 21 and a 17. Just kind of means one’s a minor and one’s not a minor,” he can be heard saying. “But I will say I adopted this rule, which I think it was fine. I said listen man, as long as a chick got a college ID, she’s getting f****d. I don’t care if she’s 17. I don’t care if she’s 17 and a half. I don’t care if she just turned 17, and I’m 21. She’s gon get this d**k.”

Ak also caught flack for derogatory comments made later in the commentary, saying a then 17-year-old Kylie Jenner was trained to s**k and f**k since age 13.

Original DJ Akademiks, who happens to be a father of academically gifted 16-year-old girl who could forgo her senior year in high school and enroll in college, was disturbed by new Akademiks’ comments.

“As a father of a 16-year-old daughter who will be 17 this year, and as a man who goes into these schools, talks to these 16, 17-year-old girls, each and every year countless times, talking to them about mental health, trying to build these young queens up, it’s unacceptable at any given time,” he said. “At the point where [new Akademiks] say that you don’t care where she 17, 17 1/2, or she just turned 17, that is total predator behavior.

New Akademiks attempted to clear up his words, saying the context of the viral clip wasn’t given. But many felt he did an awful job in his explanation.

“In your head, you adopted this that it’s okay if she’s 17, and just turned 17, she could turn 17 in a week, you don’t care, and that absolutely fine to you,” Original Akademiks continued. “That is absolute predator behavior. It’s statutory in a lot of places.

Original DJ Akademiks says he has a “silver lining” for new Akademiks.

“As a father, I want to volunteer to do the culture a favor, and I want to volunteer to do all my fathers a favor, I’ma go ahead and issue an invite to Akademiks… let’s get in the ring. Let’s do a boxing match,” he said. “All the proceeds can go to underage sexual assault victims.”

Original DJ Akademiks went on to say there’s no excuse for a 21-year-old to prey on a 17-year-old.

“If you knowingly take advantage of a young woman, that’s four years. The difference between 17 and 21 is four years. The way a female and male grows mentally, physically, emotionally in those four years is astronomical,” he said. “Nobody comes into college and graduates the same. Nobody goes into their senior year knowing the things that they know about themselves, their body, their emotions, how to handle certain situations, how to spot predators, which is a big thing. It’s never okay. I’m getting choked up as I talk because I am a father of two girls, one of which will be 17 this year.”

This isn’t Akademiks’ first time having disturbing dialogue surrounding underage children and sex. Akademiks previously faced backlash after videos resurfaced of himself asking a then 15-year-old Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, about what she was doing sexually at age 14.

It was only less than two months after Bregoli celebrated her 15th birthday when she was pressed about her sex life during inappropriate Twitch and IG stream sessions with DJ Akademiks and 6ix9ine.

Bregoli, who turned 15 years old on March 26, 2018, was a guest on Akademiks Twitch session on May 15, 2018 where she defended herself against accusations of her allegedly sleeping with Trippie Redd when she was 14. Akademiks can be seen in this stream with a clear intent to shame the minor about her personal life alongside 6ix9ine.

During the stream, Akademiks and 6ix9ine – who previously pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance in October 2015, and is currently on probation for that crime – use foul language when pressing the young teen on whether or not she slept with Trippie Redd.

Akademiks says, “…If 6ix9ine said that Trippie f****d you, that’s false?”

6ix9ine later joins the stream where he then grills Bregoli on her relationship with Trippie.

“Trippie told X y’all f****d,” 6ix9ine tells Bregoli as an excited Akademiks watches on while downing a bottle of dark liquor.

Bhad Bhabie’s father Ira Peskowitz has since come out to express that the sexualization of his daughter at the hands of adults while still a minor is what led her to start an OnlyFans account.

During an interview with The Sun, Peskowitz says his daughter was groomed by those around her after she shot to fame as a viral star.

“Was she groomed? Absolutely,” he said. “With the way she dressed, the way she acted, everything was sex related and encouraged by people around her.”

Many people around social media were disturbed by Akademiks and 6ix9ine’s brazenness to sexualize a 15-year-old girl on live stream:

This isn’t Akademiks’ first time sexualizing minors.

In a 2014 video posted on DJ Akademiks Youtube channel titled, “Tyga Denies Being in a Relationship with Kylie Jenner. Is 24 Dating 17 Cool?” Akademiks said a then 17-year-old Kylie Jenner and her sisters were trained to perform sexual acts since age 13.

Oddly enough, years later, he would sexualize the same woman he said was trained to s**k and f**k since age 13 with a social media post saying she provided him “fap material.” Akademiks posted a photo of Jenner in her bathing suit onto his IG account with a cringe caption, reading, “Broskiis… f*ck onlyfans… Kylie Jenner just gave us fap material for a whole week!”

Akademiks’ “fap” post drew much criticism on social media.

Akademiks’ suspect behavior has been well-documented all throughout social media.

Akademiks also sparked outrage after posting footage of Billie Eilish twerking on his IG account. Commenters were upset that Akademiks, who was 29 at the time of posting, would sexualize the newly turned 18-year-old singer with a post asking his followers to rate her twerk skills.

“#billieeilish twerking . Rate it brehs,” he wrote.

This, too, drew backlash on social media.
