Big Sean Shows Off Studio He Built For Detroit High School

One man can truly change the world. Big Sean, who founded the Sean Anderson Foundation, is on a mission to change his hometown of Detroit, starting with local high school Cass Tech.

Sean was responsible for building a recording studio at his alma mater.

“I do carry the responsibility of the city,” Big Sean told CNN. “No matter what, they made me who I am. It’s just so easy to get caught in the wrong things when you’re young. Being a mentor, I see the importance of showing people their inner potential.”

Sean remembers being a student fond of music himself during his days at high school.

“It’s funny, I used to get in trouble for selling my CDs in the hallway,” he said. “And you can just imagine what it feels like to be back.”
