Chiraq Rapper Fatz Mack Arrested After Drugs and Loaded Gun Was Found In Daycare



Chicago rapper Fatz Mack and three others are facing criminal charges after police found drugs and a loaded handgun in a home that operates as a child day care center in a Chicago suburb, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 14400 block of Kimbark Avenue in Dolton about 3:45 p.m. and found a loaded handgun, marijuana and codeine bottles in a locked room near the children’s play area, according to ABC 7 Chicago.



No children were observed in the home at the time of the arrests, police told ABC 7.

Fatz Mack, born Maverick Magee, 28, was charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor ammunition possession, as well as misdemeanor marijuana possession; Donzell James, 25, was charged with felony marijuana possession and misdemeanor street gang activity while on parole; Deshawn Boswell, 25, was charged with misdemeanor street gang activity while on parole; and Charlene Woodard, 50, was charged with misdemeanor child endangerment.

All four were scheduled to appear in bond court Friday, according to Fox 32 Chicago.
