DaWeirdo Breaks Down Chiraq Drill Culture and Black-On-Black Violence In ‘Bonfire Children’

DaWeirdo continues to raise the bar on creativity on the underground Chiraq Hip Hop scene. DaWeirdo tapped the visual production talents of A Fly Visual to hook up his “Bonfire Children” music video.

DaWeirdo narrates various tales of sin in his project that include prostitution and murder. The Englewood native also breaks down Chiraq drill culture and black-on-black violence pointing out the flaws in the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

“When a black man kills another black man or a black kid kills a black kid, its ‘He got killed? That’s f****d up.’ And then he go on,” DaWeirdo explained. “But if a white man kill a black kid, then it’s ‘He did what!?’ I’m on facebook, I’m on Twitter… All this s**t need to be brought to the front. …Sh*t ain’t gone change. It’s hypocrite.”

DaWeirdo recently dropped his “Dirty Basterd” EP. The project is available for download via iTunes.
