Drunk University of Colorado Grad Charged with Felony Trespassing

A University of Colorado graduate will be charged with felony trespassing after walking into a couple’s home while intoxicated, ABC News reports.

Zoe Ripple, 21, entered the home of “Queen of the Road” author Doreen Orion and her partner Timothy Justice. The couple shot her in the hip and after screaming for her to leave.

Ripple’s blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit, according to a police report obtained by ABC News.

Ripple will be charged with first-degree criminal trespassing of a dwelling.
