With a growing underground rap presence, Lil Mister is buzzing at the moment. But with popularity comes haters. The Bricksquad rapper is not the least bit concerned with what the naysayers have to say in third mixtape “Hi Haters.”

Lil Mister sought the hosting assistance of DJ Shon, DJ Amaris and DJ Suspence for “Hi Haters.”

Lil Mister shines on the opposition with several notable tracks. Mister was able to link up with Super-producer Drumma Boy for tracks “Insane” and “3 Limits.”

Drumma did not disappoint with the production, so Mister had to do his part and murk the beats.

In “Insane,” Mister raps, “All I see is green, money loud and lean/Trued up in my jeans/Montana on the scene/Trending, young and in it, can’t see me cause I’m tinted/Riding in the foreign, cruising through the Windy City/I’m rapping like I’m with Maybach/Pockets fat, I stay strapped/R.I.P. to this track, I murdered and I’m stating facts.”

Mister carried that same level of intensity in “3 Limits,” rapping, “I stay with the same/I ain’t switching lanes/I’ma grind hard, just I’m spitting out this pain/My city, when it rains, they say it really pours/But I just keep my head up, prevent from getting wet up.”

Lil Mister linked with Kid Smoke for his lead single “Can’t Tell Me Nun.” Mister and Kid Smoke live their lives on the edge and could care less about warning signs.



Mister adopted Tupac’s line “Real Niggas Don’t Die” in track six.

Mister stays protected, rapping, “Real niggas stand out and a fraud can’t amount/I got hitters in the field that’s known for taking niggas down/Vulture city where I’m from, you can’t come around and lack/My homies tote 30s, semis, FM semis and them macks.”

Lil Mister is taking his grind to the next level. Each mixtape he has released shows his maturity and growth in lyrical content. Mister is nearing adult age and will soon be at his coming of age stage. It will be interesting to learn more of this young Englewood man’s life experiences in future songs.
