Nicki Minaj and Lil Herb To Shoot ‘Chiraq’ Music Video?

A Nicki Minaj and Lil Herb “Chiraq” music video may be hitting a smartphone device and cpu screen near you soon.

Nicki teased the possibility of a music video for the hot track after taking to IG to post an article of a “Chiraq” remix performed by New York Knicks player Iman Shumpert.

Nicki is humbled by the remixes that have followed since her track dropped.

“Lmfao. I put out a record called Chi-Raq a few weeks ago and let’s just say it’s inspired A LOT of remixes. I lost count. Lol. I think ima shoot a vid just for the fuq of it tho. Cuz everyone’s done a vid except for me and @nolimitherbo!!!! Like wtf?!?? S.O the remixes tho. Fuqin wit it,” she wrote.

Nicki Minaj’s “Chi-Raq” is an ode to urban Chicago. She and Herb ripped the Boi-1da, Vinylz and Allen Ritter-produced track with tenacious bars.

Herb almost missed out on an opportunity to collab with Nicki.

Nicki Minaj’s hype man Scaff Beezy commented via IG it was a challenge to get in touch with Lil Herb.

“Ive never had this much trouble reaching sum1 in my life but we finally got yung n---- @nolimitherbo and bodied this s**t. Mission accomplished!! S/O @theboi1da @vinylz @allenritter on the track!! #ebk #nolimit #richgang #stuntgang #ireallygavehimthe9thowiththegreenbeam,” the caption on his post read.

Lil Herb was appreciative of the collaboration, commenting the song “changed” his life.

“DID NICKI JUS CHANGE MY LIFE?” Herb asked on Twitter.

Herb and Nicki Minaj took the stage in front of thousands of spectators at Hot 97 Summer Jam 2014 to perform the track.

Herb was very appreciative of the experience. He made sure to document it using IG.

“WhereImFromCouldntPictureThis,” he wrote in the caption of one photo.
