Nearly everyone has heard of tattoo parties. But how about a so-called “pumping party?”
Pumping parties are gatherings where participants receive butt-enhancement injections. This occurred in Philadelphia where 42-year-old Padge Victoria Windslowe, also known as “The Black Madame,” allegedly injected clients, according to Philadelphia NBC10.
The so-called Black Madame was arrested following a raid on a scheduled “pumping party.”
A butt injection procedure performed by Windslowe last month caused a client to be hospitalized. The young woman, an exotic dancer, fell ill after experiencing serious lung problems.
Authorities also say Windslowe is a person of interest in the death of Claudia Aderotimi, an aspiring 20-year-old Hip Hop dancer from England last year.
Windslowe faces charges including aggravated assault and deceptive practices, according to Philadelphia police LT. John Walker said.
