Pop Star Katy Perry Disses Chief Keef’s ‘Hate Being Sober’ Song

Pop sensation Katy Perry is not a fan of Chief Keef.

The “California Girls” singer took to Twitter to comment on the Interscope artist’s latest single “Hate Being Sober.”

“Just heard a new song on the radio called ‘I hate being sober’ I now have serious doubt for the world,” she wrote.

In “Hate Being Sober,” Chief Keef and guest collaborators 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa profess their love for drugs and alcohol.

Chief Keef, whose birth name is Keith Cozart, apparently hates being sober for he was caught smoking marijuana in an Atlanta hotel room Monday.

The Chicago native was arrested at the LeMeridan Hotel at 111 Perimeter Center West in Dunwoody, north of Atlanta, a spokesman for the Dunwoody Police Department told the Chicago Tribune.

Chief Keef, whose real name is Keith Farelle Cozart, was booked in the DeKalb County Jail at 4:37 p.m. and released on his own recognizance around 3:20 a.m. today, the Tribune reports.

The “I Don’t Like” rapper issued a statement via his Twitter account.

“Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As fuck,” he wrote.

The rapper posted his mug shot onto his Instagram account.
