The lawsuit filed by two Howard University students against Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is heating up.

It was learned recently the mothers of Howard University students Lauren Cofield and Laurin Compton have been stripped of their Alpha Kappa Alpha membership.

J. Wyndal Gordon, an attorney who is representing two Howard University in their lawsuit against Alpha Kappa Alpha, appeared on the Tom Joyner Morning Show.

Two Alpha Kappa Alpha interests have filed a lawsuit against the sorority and Howard University for allegations of hazing and the violation of their human rights, the Washington City Paper reports.
