Plies was the unfortunate victim of an attack during a concert performance Friday night in Tallahassee.

One would never think a Jay-Z lyric would come out of a state representatives mouth during a house, let alone debating the Hip Hop superstar’s lyrics. But this did occur in the final two days of the Florida legislature’s 60 day session when Rep. Alan B. Williams (D-Tallahassee) argued for support of a bill using Jay-Z’s rap lyrics from “99 Problems.”
