Dylann Roof’s mission to start a race war following the shooting deaths of nine Charleston, SC churchgoers at Emanuel AME Church appears to have taken effect. A total of eight black churches have been burned down since the tragic incident. The FBI and ATF have now gotten involved to investigate the string of burnings.
Brooklyn rapper Talib Kweli is upset with the lack of news coverage of what he calls “terrorism.”
Talib Kweli also called news outlets out on their bias.
“CVS gets burned down. Every news outlet shows up. 7 black churches burned, 1 right burning right now. Silence,” he wrote on Twitter.
Talib also made it a point to say there isn’t a race war occurring.
“There is no race war. Black folk AINT out here looking for white folks to murder or white churches to burn down. This is terrorism,” he wrote.
