Tyler The Creator Calls Spike Lee The N-Word In ‘Tamale’ Song

Tyler The Creator is sparking controversy once again after using a racial slur to refer to famed filmmaker Spike Lee in the song “Tamale” off new album “Wolf.”

“And tell Spike Lee he’s a goddamn nigger,” Tyler the Creator raps.

This line may have been a jab at Lee’s opposition to Quentin Tarantino’s usage of the N-Word in his films.

The racial slur has been excessively used in films “Pulp Fiction,” “Jackie Brown” and “Django Unchained.”

The “N word” is used 110 times in “Django Unchained,” according to The Daily Beast.

Tarantino infamously used the word at the 2013 Golden Globes awards.

“Somebody is out there actually saying when it comes to the word Ni**er that the fact that I was using in the movie more than it was used back in the antebellum South in Mississippi in 1858 then feel free to make that case,” Tarantino said.

Tyler The Creator weighed in on the issue of white people using the racial slur during an interview with Hot 97’s the Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg morning show.

“We don’t actually give a f*ck,” the “TreeHome” rapper said. “We don’t give a f*ck about that sh*t. Motherf*ckers who care is the reason why racism is still alive if you think about it.

“People my age, we are not even think like that. When you think like that, you keep the racism alive and that’s not even our my pallet.”
