YK Osiris was arrested Monday on felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation in Atlanta, TMZ reports.
YK Osiris is accused of assaulting his girlfriend at his birthday party.
The altercation occurred when she confronted YK about an image of half-naked woman in his phone.
An argument soon erupted with Osiris, saying, “I am going to slap the s**t out of you.�
Osiris’ girlfriend told police the singer chased up a set of stairs into a bathroom, and choked her and bit her in the face. She then bit his lip to get him off of her, and the fight was eventually broken up.
The woman had a noticeable mark under her left eye, the police report reveals.
YK was ordered held without bond. He’s got a preliminary hearing later this month at the Fulton County Courthouse.
