NFL Pro Bowl Linebacker Junior Seau, 43, was found dead in his home today from an apparent suicide, The L.A. Times reports.

Seau reportedly was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.

In a tweet on the San Diego Charges Twitter page, the organization wrote, “We don’t have any information right now on the Junior Seau situation. We pray he’s ok.”
