Future’s contract states his first six albums would be released through A1 Recordings, according to the lawsuit.
Rocko says Future’s major label home, Epic Records, signed on to distribute these albums. Future, however, cut a side deal with Epic that earned him multi-million dollar advances, XXL Mag reports.
Rocko says he is owed 25 percent of those advances. He also says he is owed 20 percent of Future’s earnings from touring, endorsements and other revenue sources.
