2 Chains has vehemently denied being robbed in San Francisco Sunday afternoon. But new surveillance footage capturing the June 9th crime says otherwise.

A gunman approached the “Birthday Song” rapper with his weapon drawn. 2 Chainz then ran for his life before tripping and falling down.

The unidentified suspect then robbed the rapper, taking a cellphone and wallet.

Despite a police report being filed, 2 Chain, born Tauheed Epps, took to Twitter to slam all speculation about being robbed.

“Rule #1 if a rapper gets robbed people usually post items that has been taken. Rings, chains, watch , money etc. 2 answer that question



“Rule#2 if a rapper gets shot he usually go to hospital or dies,” he wrote.
