Kodak Black is in some deep trouble. Project Baby is accused of illegally buying weapons to shoot at a rival rapper.
Bill Kapri is accused buying three weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo in from Lou’s Police Distributors in February. Kodak allegedly lied on a gun application to obtain the goods.
Kodak paid $3,518.71 for a Mini Draco pistol, Sig MPX K 9mm pistol and Sig P238 .380 pistol.
Prosecutors are alleging Kodak rented a Porsche Panamera. The driver of the car drove to a neighborhood in Pompano Beach, and shot at rival rapper’s home. The house – occupied by children – was sprayed with bullets. No one was hit.
Police soon arrive on scene and discovered several fired shell casings and the MPX K Kodak purchased. Prosecutors say the weapon had Kodak’s fingerprints and a live round in the chamber that jammed during the shooting.
Feds also say multiple witness saw Kodak at the scene of the shooting.
