A community college student is facing six counts of aggravated DUI after fatal car accident that claimed the life of a Mississippi State University student, The Dispatch reports.
Austin Tyler Poole, 18, was arrested and released on a $30,000 bond Thursday. Poole lost control of his 1999 Ford Explorer Wednesday morning, which resulted in the death 19-year-old passenger Treasure Huffman.
Poole faces a maximum of 5 to 25 years for each count of aggravated DUI, the Dispatch reports.
