Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. held a town hall meeting in Saginaw, MI targeting young African American men. The historical black sorority hoped the event titled “The 4-1-1 on the Five-O, an issue of justice, a tribute to Trayvon Martin” better the relationship between law enforcement and black youth.
