XXXTentacions murderers may have knew who the rapper was. According to police documents, 2 men armed with guns demanded property from X after they jumped out of the passenger side of an SUV. There was a brief struggle before X was shot multiple times according to the police docs. The killers fled the scene after removing a small bag from X’s car.
After XXXTentacion left a motorcycle shop to get in his car, an SUV pulled in front of him to block him from leaving. Security footage shows the robbers walking past X in the Motorcycle shop. They left the store 10 minutes before XXXTentaction did.
According to police documents, Dedrick Williams may not have been the shooter. Mr. Williams was the driver that blocked XXXTentacion from leaving. Dedrick was wearing bright-colored sandals along with a white tank top. His social media pages shows him wearing the same colored sandals. The other murderers wore dark colored clothing. The was also surveillance footage recovered showing Dedrick buying a black, neoprene mask.
XXXTentacion’s cause of death was ruled as ‘Multiple Gunshot Wounds.
