Young Chop To Appear On Kanye West’s Next Album



Young Chop has been mum on details surround his upcoming work with legendary Chicago artist Kanye West. But now the cat’s out of the bag. According to Billboard, Chop will have a role in West’s upcoming seventh studio album.

Chop, born Tyree Pittman, previously worked on Ye’s “Yeezus” album.

Chop hinted new music West during an interview with Hip Hop Since 1987.

“We going extra harder,” Chop said. “I got some new sh*t coming with Kanye, too. We got some hard ass shit…to be continued.”

Chop was nominated for a Grammy for his assistance on Kanye West’s ‘Yeezus’ album.

“Grammy, yeah that sh*t felt good,” he said. “I’m like damn ‘Yeezus got a Grammy nomation?’”



Ye likened his upcoming project to Bruce Springstein’s “Born In The U.S.A” during an interview with Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.”



Billboard reports a slew of talent may have a hand in Ye’s project, including, Malik Yusef, Q-Tip, Rick Rubin, French Montana, Young Thug, Da Internz, James Blake, Symbolic One (S1), Evian Christ, DJ Mustard and Tyga.
