Two Oklahoma City police officers are on leave following a shooting incident that left a man dead, according to The Oklahoman.
The officers walked towards 24-year-old Brian Sims who was sitting in an Oldsmobile Cutlass and noticed a firearm in his waistband.
One of the officers shot the man after he didn’t comply with orders.
Witnesses allege they saw police fire at least eight rounds into the vehicle.
