I.L Will and Mikey Dollaz are set to release their “OutBreak” music video. The two M.I.C. rappers tapped Rio Productions to film this visual piece.

I.L Will is no longer a novice on the underground rap scene. Then again, his presence on M.I.C.’s “Next 2 Blow” mixtape proved he was never an amateur on the mic.
