The New Orleans music scene experienced a tragic loss after one of its well-known artists died in a car accident.

Former No Limit rapper Mr. Magic, born Awood Johnson, and wife succumbed to injuries in a tragic car accident Friday, March 1 in Mississippi. The couple’s daughter was also present in the vehicle during crash, but survived.
